USELESS!!!

Trying to take out a contract advisor (very helpful) tells me the is a pending application from 2012 that needs to be cancelled. i spoke to 30 not exagurating 30 different people and they didnt know what going on or where i must go just kept on transferrring to the next useless soul. then finally i get to a very unpolite lady gugu with NO personality and i hear it takes 3 to 4 working days to cancel a application that i didnt even take out!!! when i asked to speak to a manager they are all in meetings no wonder it is going they way it does goes there is noone to supervise!! asked that he calls me back left my number and geuss what... i suppose he is still in a meeting no call whatsoever. your staff needs proper training, get management on the floor. call me to sort this out!!! 0766123658
