Cell C software doesn't work!

So after receiving the same issue as a lot of other people: "The automatic license activation procedure has failed. The software is now permanently disabled. Please contact your service provider"

I followed the steps provided and keep getting the same error over and OVER AGAIN. "ARCH RSA Authentication Failed" If you would provide answers to this it would be truly appreciated, and no I do not want to phone your support line and be charged to help you fix your problem!

If you cannot write decent code that works in the first place don't bother writing it and outsource rather. The fact I even have to write this on HelloPeter indicates that you have not provided enough information regarding this problem and from looking around it seems many other people are unsatisfied with your level of service regarding your Connection software. At this point in time if it wasn't for the fact I can't get an ADSL line I would not even use Cell C.

I have an MTN 3G dongle and I have never had any issues with it. I feel that I should not have to even deal with type of problem in the first place! The software should automatically update itself and not waste my time.

Please sort your issue out.
