Blackberry in for the 5th time

How many more times do i need to write a report on hello peter just to get some service? Also how many more times do i need to take my phone in for "repairs" only to receive an even worse refurb phone in return!
On the 2 july i had to take my phone in again! To date i have not received it back! So why am i paying for my handset this month?
Please advise refund for this month and also when im going to get another piece of rubbish back?
