No feedback on dispute logged 3 months ago

I disputed my April invoice of R 1680.82 regarding data usage which no one could explain how it got to that amount. I was told several times that a consultant will get back to me regarding my query of which I'm still waiting for till this day. I was then presented with another invoice of R 1051.56 in May while still waiting for feedback. I've called the Call Center endlessly, wanting to know what is happening since no one has bothered to update me on the status of my dispute. Today I get an SMS stating I need to settle the account failing that, my account will be handed over... WHAT IS THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE @ cell c.? So quick to hand over accounts & you failing to deliver proper service to your customers. I've just called again & been in line for 25min been transferred from pillar to post & finally put through to Kefuwe from Legal department who basically told me that the query was logged but no one has attended to it... (like 3 months later???). Why do you then have dispute logging systems/processes that do not function. Just to look good I suppose... PLEASE UPDATE MY CREDIT PROFILE ASAP... here's the ref: 3041703334 & 3071602275. I will be forwarding to ICASA & OMBUDS
