NETWORK DOWN!!!

Our company is a subscriber to MNT and because our whole office run on a wireless network (3G) and voice calls. When I contacted MNT technical dept to complaint about a Base Station Down in Bezvalley in JHB near Kensington not far from our offices they started admitted that the Tower was down since last week Thursday 11 July 2013. The answer that they gave me was that they are busy and the technicians will resolve the problem. It is now 5 = day later and the prolem has not resolved itself. Upon contacting them for the seveth time today 1July 2013 The lady who took my call told me that it was not necessary for me to call them as they could see the Tower weas down due to the alarm. However I responded that that was indeed my concern because it looks like the alarm has beem rining for the last five days and nobody reacted to this and neither my distress call to have this Tower Fixed.
My garauntee to MTN is that when my two year contract experires with them I will not renew my contract with them just to make it clear where the money comes from as I am no lomger interested to pay for BAD Service and Service Providers wih BAD Attitudes.
