In May 2013 I upgraded to a Samsung S4. On Saturday night the phone keeps switching itself on and off but never fully rebooting up.

Yesterday evening I went to the Menlyn branch where all we got was bad attitudes and the lady just kept playing with my phone rather than paying attention to what we were saying. (I forgot to get her name). She told us that we had to come back with the box, etc which I completely understand.

Today I took the phone to the Brooklyn branch as I refuse to be serviced by someone with a bad attitude. I must also commend Brooklyn on their wonderful attitudes and service but my only problem is the turn around time to replace my phone. I was told that it will take 10 working days to replace a phone that is 2 months old. This I find shocking. What has happened to the service in this country?
