Disappointed OUT OF STOCK AGAIN!

Been with Cell C from the very beginning and I am very disappointed to have to report that they are not keeping there promises/sales pitches!
On 24.06.2013 Wilson in the Cell C sales convinced me to add a Samsung 7 Tablet to my contracts, waited & waited.By the 4.07.2013 it had not come, so I called Wilson. I was told they were out of stock but they have a 10.1 tablet. So I dually took his advise and confirmed the new order. I called Cell C again on the 16.07.2013 - A further 12 DAYS and still no tablet!!! Cell C has no stock for the second time. Empty promises to your customers. I feel they have the market share so the extra customers are pushing the old customers to one side. Very disappointed. NOT GOOD Cell C!!! If I did not call them I still would not have know what was happening. Cancelled the order will be going to another supplier.
