To give a in detail report of my HATE for MTN .
My story starts 6 month ago when I got retrenched from my previous job as an Area manger.
I had taken off all debt order off my account and made payment arrangements with all my accounts and services I started my own business and am now flourishing, I kept at my cash / internet transfers with MTN sometimes not paying the full amount due but always more than 70% of what the instalment is and then before the next debt date bringing it up to date.
I travel allot and my phone is the only means of communication to my wife kids and clients, last night my card got swallowed by an ATM at a small service station outside Bella Bella I had no way of contacting any one and no cash and way to block my card.
I was on my way to Nelspruit and tried to contact the MTN service line on 808 I stayed on the line for over 60 min with no answer, my battery was about to die and with no food, petrol or way to contact someone I was forced to sleep in my car in the freezing cold, at 6 am I tried to call again but to my despair the credit controllers only start at 8am.
