Can any other bank help

To make the story short I had been retrenched in 2011 I had a few jobs in between and kept up with the payment until I could not any more I then arranged a payment plan witch had maid me go in to arrears I made a other plan and brought accounts up to date then I had to make a arrangement again I am now in the position where I am getting a very big salary but I still need to get my accounts up to date but no bank wants to help me because I have a bad credit name, I have never been black listed nor do I have judgements only thing that reflects is bad payer yet I pay a 60% of the full instalment every month I can afford to pay all my accounts now but I need a new car but no bank wants to help me consolidate my debt.

Could anyone please assist?
