BBM not working on Q5

Yesterday14/7/2013 i went into the MTN Cresta store to do a upgrade, i was told buy the consultant that they are having a problem with the BBM activation but i must give it a hour and it should be working. today been 15/7/2013 and the bbm is still not working, cannot get hold of the store on the number given to me 0838696635.

called 0831808 and spoke to about 3 people and was told to call 1555
