Bad customer services and unresolved matte

On the 12 July 2013, I purchased R150 airtime for my bundles, but accidently I loaded the airtime to a wrong number. I then called the customer services for assistance after waiting 10mins waiting for response. Finally my call went through and petty I don't have. Name of the person that assisted me.

I told him the story and with bad attitude and person rasing his voice on me, nothing can be done, I'm still trying to understand, why can't 8ta root the airtime back into my correct number! If other service providers can do it, why can't they do it?
This is a sad matter because thousands of low class people use this network and can imagine how much they loose if the same mistake happens to them.

After all I know it's my negligence but what drives me to the wall is that, I commented on 8ta Facebook wall and I was told to inbox the incorrect and correct number. With the hopes of assuming that they would rectify the matter, instead my note on their Facebook wall was removed and till this day, they been silence!
