I applied for a second contract on my name and it has been approved - however when i made payment on 26 June of R166 R422 to cell c on the main (1st contract) cellphone number that i have for the past 7 years, cell c contact me with confirmation that my 2nd contract is in arrears. I confirmed that i requested them to deliver ONE account which reflects both accounts in order to only pay ONE account every month and that they should only journal the one payment to the 2nd contract, which is also in my name - i was informed that the 1st contract reflects a credit and that the 2nd contract is still in arrear and that they will now barred the 2nd contract until i have paid the balance outstanding and due. On 26 July i have once again attended to payment of R261 R150 and was hoping that they would help rectifying the accounts out of their own as i have been their client for 7 years. Nope they refuse to journal the credit to the debit account and refuse to make any refund. My 2nd contract now have been barred and i cannot believe that cell c are so incompetent to rectify this.
