Messed up La Lucia exchange for 10 months

I love this exchange. 200-800 ping with constant spikes really makes my internet enjoyable to use. I play dota 2 with no lag at all. There is no sarcasm used in any of my sentences. The 031 562 (La Lucia) extension has nobody else complaining about how they are not receiving the service that they have paid for. 200-800 ping is considered to be "working" internet. Please do not fix this problem because we know you never will.

I would appreciate a different response from you guys this time and not a copy and pasted reply.
