Pathetic Excuses to not do what is expected

I took my phone in for repairs, and was advised the 21 working days and to my surprise I received a notification to collect my phone two weeks later. On arrival I was advised that they had not fixed my phone due to water damage. Note how I have an Sony Xperia z which is advertised as waterproof - they did not even check the phone, they using labels that indicate water damage. I didn't advise of any system errors. It's a pathetic excuse being used as the phone is still within the warranty period and the company is required to pay for the phone. So this is the services we get, in order to avoid any additional cost to the company. Please do not waste my time in replying that you apologize and do nothing about it. Your apology for the services received means nothing to me. I need my phone to be fixed, under the warranty, the water damage (which you claim the phone has without actually checking the phone) means absolutely nothing to me. My screen needs to be fixed.
