I have reported a Internet connection fault on the 24th of June and I have been phoning their call center 10210 every day and to date t still haven had any joy. I even when and upgraded my 1 meg line to a 2 meg this was done in 5 days but it dint fix my Internet problem.
Don't they have the technical know how or don't they care.
I even went as far as to go on to there web site with my Vodacom 3G and send them 3 e-mails to escalate the fault and still not a reply or a telephonically response.
