Autopage agents are liars

18 months ago Autopage put me on TransUnion for my last payment on an account which I thought I had settled. For 18 months I heard nothing from them. They contacted me for the payment, which when checking, I found I had not paid. I paid immediately and THEIR LYING AGENT SAID THAT THE BIG RED LINE ON MYCREDIT REPORT WOULD BE REMOVED. Well a year later I find it is still there, only 12 months shorter.
I have been at the same address for 35 years and they couldn't send one account after I closed the contract in November 2010?
THEY PUT ME ON THE RED LINE, AND THEN WHEN THEY SAY THEY'LL TAKE IT OFF. THEY STINK AND I ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
