Going in Circles

I'm a loyal customer of cell c. I just went In to the cell c store to do a simple thing as a sim to micro sim swap, I spoke to a consultant about it, because it was contract he requested me to come back with my sisters I'd since it was in her name (she lives in Jhb and I'm in Dbn). So he gave me the store email gateway2@cellc.za and asked to get her to email it to me. I had it all done and this is during my working hours, I went back not even 20, minutes later they guy was busy, spoke to a consultant by the name of Serishka who was very rude no customer service at all, the manager popped up Ashna, No formalities nothing just a straight no and walks away to another customer yet she could see I needed help!!! I then asked to speak to her again, she never came she heard me asking, and while with another customer says no again!!! I mean where's the customer Atleast walk up to me and explain to me, they really wasted my time!! I went to the store with the pphone contract, my id and the contract holders I.d!!! I've had this sim for 7 years I just needed a sim swap that's all...!!! They service is really pathethic especially the manager Ashna!!!
