On the 9th of July I phoned the call center to make arrangements to transfer money from one home loan to another. The woman I talked to gave me the correct amounts and told me I can just go into the bank and do the transfer.

On Friday the 12th I phoned in again to make sure the account numbers is correct as to do the transfer and again the woman told me Me and my husband can go into the bank to do the transfer.

This morning the 13th of July we went to the bank, fill in all the papers but when we got to the tellers they told us that there is a hold on the account and cannot override it the home loan division is the only department who can do this. But because it is Saturday they don't work so we must come back next week.

My problem is first home loan division didn't tell me about the hold even after I specifically told them what I want to do and secondly now my husband must take a day leave to go into the bank again as he is working field service.
