I did an upgrade with altech, with my new phone i received a micro sim i have been phoning the call centre and everytime i hear a different story this sim card is still not active and I cant use the new phone first they tell me it will be activated on 23rd of Sept only, so I phoned then i was told the new sim was not rica'd - still not activated so i phoned again this morning as this is still not activated i was told to go to the nearest branch I work everyday so when must i go, why is the call centre there for??? so the new excuse this morning is that the sim card they sent me is invalid now they want to sent a new one so how long must i now wait before i can use my new phone< this is totally unacceptable!! I think they must just cancel the upgrade because i don''t want to do any business with a company that is so Incompetent
