MTN cannot get de-blacklisted cellphone to work

Telecommunications

I have lost my cellphone and blacklisted it. The next week my cellphone was returned to me and since then I have tried to get it working again. It is giving an error message" Phone not allowed MM6". MTN says that the handset has been de blacklisted, but I still get the error message. I have been trying for 2 months now to get MTN to restore the service. I have tried Queries on MY MTN, I have tried numerous phone calls to MTNsp, I have tried to brances in Pretoria East, and I still haven't got a cellphone working. If I use a Vodacom simcard in my cellphone it is working, and if I use my simcard in another phone it is working, but the two does not work together.
