I have just visited Cell C in Sandton for a technical query (enquiring on how to block a number) As i just started explaining my query to the female attendant she interrupted me by saying I must do it online. Stunned by her abruptness, i continued to explain that i had been on the website, and did not find it user friendly, she again repeated the same response with a patronising tone.
She then said she will ask the other assistants if they could help me. She then seemed to be having a conversation in vernacular, laughing and casually walked back to me saying nobody in the store knew how to assist with the query and i should call the Call Center.

I find this service unhelpful and the manner in which i was treated as a customer very distasteful.
