Can't honor contract

On the 24th of feb 2013 there was a full page advert that was published in the Sunday paper which advertised (convert telkom phone to neotel number with a device, 50 anytime minutes, 5gb data, a free mifi modem) if you take this contract out you will be given a choice of 2 products (10% discount on your bill or a free zte tablet PC) all forR295 . I duly phoned on a Monday and my contract was approved. I made it clear that I want the zte tablet. The consultant informed me that they will only give me after 3 months as they will monitor my payment. As soon as 3 months were up, I phoned to ask them for it. No one seems to know what I am talking about. I was given a reference number. Every time I phoned to inquire about the query with the reference number, no one knows what I'm talking about. I am still chasing them about it with no results. I will request a cancellation of my contract as they have not fulfilled they part of the contract.
