Cant get contract cancelled

I am trying to speak to someone to cancel my contract. I have emailed, phoned the call center and even asked my fiance to help, they wont help her because the contract on my name. The call center will put you through to cancellations department, you hold on for hours and then the line goes dead. I just want to cancel this Poopoo service, i am aware of the 30 day notice, i will even pay you to stop this contract!!! why is it so difficult?? i work at a support center so i know it is easy!!! Stop my contraaact!!!
