Bad Service

I have taken my blackberry smartphone in for repairs at Mtn Canal Walk. They have sent it away for repairs. They send me an sms saying my phone is ready for collection, but do not specify if the phone is fixed or not. I call mtn and they tell me the phone is beyond compare and they refer me to Mtn insurance which i call. I hold on for 1 hour 20 min and decided to end the call due to the pathetic service. I am not going to waste another hour of my time for service and no one helps me. Your service is pathetic and i am thinking of going to outsurance.
