MTN MEANS NO SUPPORT

I've lodged an issue with MTN Active Support and received these reference numbers thus far:

- REQ:2345149
- REQ:2345149 [#6767563]
- MTN Active Login Error [#6758607]
- REQ:2340460 [#6758611]
- [#6754114] - this was the first time I logged a call on 2013-06-23.

Even with all my efforts as indicated above, MTN is still not responding or attending to my issue. What is with MTN? Is the big yellow really this disinterested in their clients? Or have I opened an issue which MTN can't fix?

My issue is simple:
As per an email I received, an MTN subscriber can register online for all sorts of MTN services. However, when clicking on the link below [URL Removed] it takes me to
a page that only shows; 404 NOT FOUND.

Then, eventually I managed to get to an MTN site where one can register for what I assume the same set of services are: [URL Removed]
However, once you have registered and tried to login, nothing happened. Even after several attempts, still the site does proceed. Sometimes it even shows processing and then revert back to the login screen.

So get me some answers!!!
