WORST EXPERIENCE & NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICE AT ALL!

The day I went in for my upgrade, I had to wait a few another days for upgrade to happen!

After I didn't receive a call I went in there myself, everyone was in the worst mood ever for a supplying company. No one greeted, no one smiled, the atmosphere was horrible!!!

Had to drive to MTN 4 times just to receive my phone???

After 8 days my sim card is still not working nor active after I went to complain now! I wanted the BB 9790 & got the curve, mistake on both parties sides, now its a day later, my sim will be working soon so why am I not allowed to change from phones, I would like to change to a better blackberry since the sim card is also not working...

Please assist and come back to me with a solution on how to solve this problem because I am not happy at all with the phone nor the service, they didn't even try to assist with the right phone now???
