Blacklisting of incorrect phone

I called customer service to blacklist 1 of my phones that was on 29 April 2013. Only to have them blacklist the phone that was NOT . I immediately called them back to get my phone un-blacklisted. Altech Autopage caused the problem and they are not willing to fix it. "It will take 72 working hours for the blacklisting to be lifted". They refuse to expidite anything and now blame the "" department. They cause the problem and I am the 1 that must sit for 72 working hours (9 days) without a phone due their incomepetence.
I am still to receive an apology and am still to receive a solution.
Apparently, you as the customer, who pays your bills on time, is not allowed to complain, you have to accept the service and be happy until your contract has expired. Who does 1 complain to about service when the MANAGERS at Autopage customer service centre wipe their on you???
