Where oh Where is our line

When moving into our premises we were insured that we would have a telkom landline, that is so far from the case its not even funny! When calling Telkom over 2 years ago to ask if we can have our line set up, we were told by MULTIPLE call agents that our house does not exist... that's right... they see our neighbors, they see the people behind us, but there is a big gap where our house should be. Fiber optic cables and new lines later and we STILL cant get a landline. PLEASE HELP!!!
