Contract cancellation due to unforseen circumstanc

I am totally blown away by ibursts lack of understanding and thought. My father renewed his iburst contract earlier this year, however due to unforseen circumstances he now has to return to his country of origin and cannot stay in SA. iBurst wishes to advise that as per his contract he should continue to pay for two years service that he wont obtain due to him being in another country! This is totally insane, I can understand contracts being held under normal circumstances, but this is hardly normal. He has an outdated USB linked to card modem that operates at sub normal data transfer speed - and this hardly justifies a two year contract in the first place, to now try and tell someone to fund it from an overseas country is just ridiculous!
