Upgrade and phone deactivated for a week

I have upgraded with Nashuamobile porting from Vodacom to MTN. My Vodacom line was suspended and MTN still not activated. I have phoned Mashupa who upgraded me, he does not return my call, I have emailed him and his supervisor Janine and they do not bother to respond. I have tweeted @nashuamobile, I have inboxed nashuamobile on facebook. Absolutely no response.

I phoned Vodacom and they confirmed my line was ported out, I phoned MTN and they confirmed my number does exist on their network.

Nashua has been my service provider for 8 years, I am without a phone for 7 days now!!! Is that how you thank your loyal customers? By throwing egg in their face? Is it too much to ask for you to activate my phone as the phone says 'number is suspended please contact your service provider'.

Is this your company policy? Bad service? Is it your policy for your staff (entire staff) to ignore your loyal customers?
