Last year november i took a contract with mtn. 229 p/m plus 150mb data on mtn anytime 100. the package came with galaxy s3. few issues i have
firstly i remember was told the 229 is airtime inclusive but i have noticed i am being charged 87 aevery month for airtime
secondly the service promo fee was never mentioned by the consultants when i took the contract nor was it mention on the forms i signed . i only learned about it when i recieved my invoice
thirdly my contract for the first month was capped and all of a sudden its an open line without me being informed and i never requested you guys to make it an open line.
another issue why is this package 229 because i do not see that 229 anywhere in all my invoices and statement. every month my statment always qoute an amount around 390 excluding call charges i make after exhausting my airtime..I think you guys are misleading costomers as you advertise something only to get surprises wen its time to pay. surely that is not right. and when i want to cancel the contract you expect us to pay lrge amount of money. surely i have a right to cancel with reasonable cost if i feel the product is not what i wanted and if was given
