A couple of weeks back I had extreme difficulty getting statements on my credit card account. After a complaint was laid I finally got it. Now exactly the same problem with my loan account!! The loan was paid in full October 2012, now apparently I'm "handed over" for a account that's paid! I've been to the branch, they told me they can't give me statements, called every call center number available and a bunch of other numbers given to me to get my statements but NOTHING!! Even tried emailing the lady that helped me the last time but still haven't heard anything back! How difficult is it to get my statements??? I'm truly disgusted that one has to struggle like this and lay complaints before anything happens at this bank!
