I have insurance on my blackberry 9300 which I have been paying R79.00 p.m for 24months. On the 17th of Jan my phone got damaged and I claimed for a new phone. The claim was processed and approved quickly. Problem came when I wanted to choose my new phone. Im insured up to to the value of R5000 but Cellsure insisted that I take a Blackberry 9320 which retails for R2719. I wanted the Blackberry 9790 which costs R4719 so I do not understand the reason for me having to take the 9320. The agents at the call centre is also extremely abnoxius and very rude. They have no idea what customer service means.
