Being billed R5000 for internet usage

Hi Peter, I received a call from Vodacom on the 16th November telling me that they would just like to notify me that my account is on an amount of R4000 I then asked them how that is possible, now I have spoken to numerous people at Voda to please open an investigation for me on this internet usage and to no avail at the end of Dec they still process a debit order for my bank acc for R5000, I then called customer service to ask why this isbeing done when I have requested itemised billing and investigation the lady then said to me that nothing has been logged on the system requesting any of the 2 but she will do it straight away, in the meantime the bank is charging me enormous fees for that debit order not going through, I then call again on the 14th Jan and was asked to fax through a letter and my id requesting a copy of itemised billing, which does not even tell me which websites were used etc, the strangest of this situation is that the sim in question stays in my bag and I have only used it once in Sept for internet and was invoiced an enormous R900 which I paid, yest I called to find out about investigation and was told there was no investigation logged, I've been wih Voda 12yrs
