Is this right?

My phone`s mobile data n wi-fi stopped working on 08-05-13, sent it to hemingways 8ta 10-05-13 it returned on 10-06-13 not working anymore, took it back the following day. i followed up after a week and the phone had`nt been sent back to the repair centre, then they said it had water damage and that they could do nothing about it n i have to continue paying. My argument is y was the phone stripped apart when it had a mere software problem which was confirmed by a nokia repair centre?
I still do not have my phone.
