My Sony Xperia T had a software problem and apparently needed to have the whole system replaced due to technical errors. My Sony was in immaculate condition as it was placed in a cover at all times with a screen protector. Vodacom took my phone in for repair and after one week, the company sent me an SMS to say the phone was delivered to Sony Mobile repair centre. After an additional week my phone arrived and was damaged. The back cover looks as if it had been melted in the corners and numerous, very noticeable large scratches are all over the phone. I phoned Sony Mobile call centre to ask if they had perhaps given me the wrong phone and they said they will investigate and get back to me within two working days. After another three calls to and fro the company, my issue has been ignored and I feel Sony Mobile could at least acknowledge the mistake and compromise to at least fixing my device or replacing it in the state that I had it originally.
