I've been with Virgin Mobile for 3years. With my first contract/phone it was heaven! I NEVER had any issues with reception or billing - I would refer them to anyone who was looking at getting a new phone. Since I upgraded I've been having endless issues! From not having any signal constantly to being overcharged 3times the amount I should have been charged. I am disgusted with the service I received and want to cancel with immediate effect! I am not interested in paying R2400 if my contracts are for R800. I will be more than happy to return both phones but refuse to pay "early cancellation" as this issue is not from my side. I was on the phone for an hour trying to resolve this matter with no luck.
STAY CLEAR FROM VIRGIN MOBILE!!!
