Today I had the rare privilege of experiencing a stern, but fair and efficient approach to problem solving. Babs, at Vodaworld, quickly summarized the facts of a longwinded matter that had been handled poorly by Vodacom's Hello Peter contact Cindy Price, whom does not respond to correspondence, and was the cause that our service had been disconnected twice, as she was just incapable of finding a solution, and reverting with same, for over a month. Babs had restored some of the faith I had lost in Vodacom for a fault that was caused solely by Vodacom's agent. She quickly had our services of all our devices restored after assessing what is owing to Vodacom after subtracting the amounts which was incorrectly debited due to the agent's fault. As for Cindy, we are still awaiting her response to our urgent e-mails when our services were unduly disconnected, causing me to take a day off work to attend Vodaworld to sort out Cindy's mess. Thanks Babs, you do Vodacom proud.
