Mtn bridge their own contract (day robbers)

I have a 24 contract with MTN, commenced in March.
Our contract with MTN is from the 14th to the 14th monthly billing but the deductions took place on 27th of everymonth. However deductions for the month of June did not take place.

We called MTN on the 04th of July enquiring the debit order that did not go through and we spoke to Siboniso ndebele who told us that we were not billed. When we ask him what is the meaning of that he never gave a countable answer. He said something thing about line being off line, we asked him what is the meaning of this, he was not willing to explain father.

What I'm not happy about is that MTN Didier not inform us about this, we have to call them and ask them. In return the speak a foreign language. I will like to know what happens since MTN did not deduct the money period and I will like someone to explain plain English.
