REDICULIOUS!!!

The service i received is seriously rediculious, I booked in my phone with Customer Care and apparently i am not allowed to get a loan phone just becuase of a button on the side of my phone where the charger goes into is not there any more.. There is no physical damage, its just the button that is not there. The button is gone cuz i keep my phone in my pocket so it somehow got lost. I pay alot of money for my contract at vodacom and this is the service that i get? Seriously? I am of to say the least- as soon as my contract expires i will never ever ever ever ever ever take any contract with vodacom in my life. I will also tell EVERYONE that i know what happend- and i will also post this to my facebook. This is unacceptable. I dont have any other phone at the moment and my phone is booked in for 2 weeks. Vodacom is seriously not what i expected and i cant wait for my contract to end so i can go to another and much better service provider. EVERYONE I KNOW WILL HEAR ABOUT THIS RIDICULIOUS SERVICE!! Pathetic vodacom, you dont derserve the money that i pay every month..
