I upgraded my line in May and moved away from Blackberry. The agent that handled the upgrade told me that I do not have to cancel the BIS as it would automatically be cancelled because I was on a Blackberry Talk package. Needless to say this was not the case and I was debited and here the problems start. First I was told that I must go back and get the credit from the branch! How is this my problem? Vodacom debited me and Vodacom can credit me! I logged a query and finally got a response from them more than 2 weeks after the fact by SMS advising me that a credit note would be issued by the end of June. This too has proved to be false. I called again today and was told by customer service to call another number 0821904 which I duly did and after explaining the reason for my call was told to contact Blackberry! Again... how is this MY problem?! When I expressed this I was, without warning, put back into the "queue" by a a customer service person who clearly is no such thing. How hard is it to be credited for a service that you are no longer using???
