Wont refund my money

I upgraded from a BB to Samsung in Feb. MTN have continued to charge me the BIS fee every month. To date it totals R345. I phoned in and spoke to Thenjelwa who was extremely reluctant to give me her number, and she said MTN will only reimburse me at the END of July. This is complete NONSESENSE! I am an excellent payer, never had a debit order bounce and they are making me wait a whole month for my reimbursement, in the meantime I am short almost R400. Thenjelwa gave me the switch boards number of 0119123000 to ask to go to Accounts dept, but they refused to put me through. This matter has not been resolved. I am not happy about waiting until the end of July. MTN have taken extra money from me for FIVE months now.. I want my money back within a week!
