Unauthorised debit orde

Jabba has being debiting my account for R345 since April 2013 and I do not have a cellphone contract with them. I have called countless times to a 012 number to speak to Nicole but she is never available. I would like to know who gave you permission to deduct this money from my account and still not have the decency to refund me. I have been to my bank to stop this debit order, but every month, hence the same thing happens.

I am a single mother and the money which is being debited is my maintenance money, my only source of income. Once this debit order goes off I am left with NOTHING!!! I would like this matter resolved ASAP and my R1380 refunded immedietly. I also want this debit order stopped with immediete effect.

Could someone please contact me urgently? If no action is taken I will have no choice but to take this matter further which I should have done ages ago.
