Mysterious contract» NO feedback

On Sunday 30 June 2013, two debits went off my account for R450 and R411 respectively, when I checked my statement I realised that they were from CELL C, that was strange because I hadn't renewed my contract with CellC and besides I had been paying R50 for the past 24months so this debit close to R900 was very odd. Monday morning I tweeted my complaint, was called back by Nelly who informed me that in May I opened up two contract in Hillcrest (mind you I am in the dbn cbd and I don't even know how to get to Hillcrest) she informed me that I had to email my I'd copy and affidavit wich I did before 1pm on Monday... ever since then I have been begging her and Cell C for feedback (both via tweet DM and emails) as this is and I have my done my part (and was very quick). Nelly called me back yesterday and said she was still awaiting a copy of contract from Hillcrest... this morning I tweeted cellc support and I was promised someone would call me back 'urgently'...I am still waiting for that call.
