Very rude and unfriendly

I walked into the Bellville store and was assisted by Victor. I wanted to apply for debit a landline phone and I greeted him saying "good morning". He then did not reply, and I reminded him that I I greeted him and he said " I said hi! " Then he gave me 3 options which I did not not understand clearly. I pointed to the phone on his desk as an example, saying that is the phone I would like. He replied saying "look here i JUST GAVE YOU 3 options". I asked him do I have to pay and when do I pay. He replied saying " nothing is for free! " Then i advised him that he is not very friendly, he then replied saying " you not very friendly either. When he was done I still thanked him and he did not even thank me in return. I want Victor to personally apologise to me, because he belittled me at the age of age 52. I do not appreciate such treatment. Today 04/07/2013 I received an sms saying I must pay R700 deposit fee, which he did not even explain to me, after I asked what the charges are.
