What a shame!

I received what i believe to be the worse service i haev ever gotten before this weekend. I think i am correct by sayin her name is Vule. We arrived at the cellphone counter, greeted and waited for assiatance. She never greeted or attended to u until my mom got angry and wanted to walk out. I asked her if she is going to help because we were standign for more than 10 min, she replied saying we never greeted her and she is busy. Told her to atleast acknowledge that we are there and inform us as what to do. She replied with a smirk and looked away and carried on with what she was doing. We had to go to Alberton where someone assisted with great pleasure. This is unacceptable behaviour from this lady and i feel she should be disciplined for this!
