I see that you have decided to ignore my complaint on this site.
It's interesting to note that in times of economic recession and in situations where consumers can easily take their business to one of the many other mobile phone stores in the mall that you chose to treat your customers as if they are over sensitive, insignificant and inconvenient.
Your head office told me that "it's fine [if I shop elsewhere]" and your Westgate branch told me that they "don't care about my problem".

I am going to write to every single news publication I can, I will CC every radio station (especially Power FM who will be more than interested to note that the owner of your Westgate Branch can refer to other staff members as monkeys and get away with it) and I will spread the word among my social circle that your stores don't deserve our business. If even one of the newspapers, websites or radio stations publishes or broadcasts my issue, I will feel satisfied as I would have received more of a response from them than I have from you.

I have also taken this matter up with Vodacom urging them to reconsider associating their brand with your incompetence.
