I have been a loyal and happy Vodacom customer for over 13 years now and I'm sorry to say that I am finally seeing the bad side of their service.
I reported an issue with your Westgate Chatz store over two weeks ago. I have been given two reference numbers: A1-NZX4-RGJ1RD and EC-ZHWT-2W03A2 and each time I am promised that I will be contacted within 24 working hours.
This hasn't happened. I cannot understand why this issue has taken so long to address. The owner of the Vodacom Chatz store in Westgate (Johan) is being allowed to refer to other Vodacom staff as "monkeys" and is appears Vodacom is allowing him to tell his customers that "he doesn't care about [their] problems".

I am so infuriated with Vodacom's handling of this situation. All I'm asking for is an apology from Johan and an offer to refund the faulty battery I was sold. It seems that Vodacom would rather side with their bigoted and prejudiced retailers than uphold the customer's rights and concerns.
