Bad reception dropped calls

I am so tired of cell c. I sometimes have to phone a person six times to get through. I just get a dead line.

I then phoned them and was told that is the phone. I took the phone in. It takes them more than seven days to get he phone from centurion to johannesburg.

My boss is permanently mad at me because she cant reach me. My phone just goes to voicemail as it please. But it is not the phone it s cell c.

And they will probably ignore this mail as well because it is cell c.
