Chump not champ

The help desk/ customer support at Virgin Mobile is a cop out. They say "Hold for a champ" but I always get a Chump!!! Help Desks are great ways for companies to run their businesses badly and get away with it. I was a customer at Virgin Mobile until they let me down with no service, no follow up and no guarantee. The person on the help desk is normally ill informed, can say whatever they want you to hear, and they get away with it, because you can never get hold of them again. Furthermore that reference number they gavce you suddenly has been replaced by a "new system" doesnt exist, or they leave you holding so long that you give up because no one has that amount of time or patience to waste. And some other person will follow up this complaint, say they are really sorry, but in the end they've got your bank account details so you have to keep paying them until the contract runs out...
